We have twelve years experience within the social housing sector and have completed upwards of two hundred units, including standard tenanted family properties, sheltered accommodation and care homes. Work has included full occupied rewires, upgrades and installations to kitchens and bathrooms.

Each of the 91 homes has a ground-breaking combination of Energy saving features including Solar PV and shared centrally located Bio Mass boilers.
