Fire Alarms

BS 5839 sets out the requirements for fire detection and alarm systems in buildings. However, the design of a system varies considerably depending on the type of premises to be protected and the level of protection required.

Emergency Lighting

J. Maybury & Sons install and maintain all types of emergency lighting systems in accordance with the Emergency Lighting Code of Practice (BS 5266). We can check and maintain existing installations, keeping detailed reports and ensuring regular inspections are undertaken.
